Off campus access available using the VPN - see above link. Description. Yomidas Rekishikan provides access to The Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper since its first issue in 1874. The newly added content, “Regional Sections (Showa Era)”, contains scans of 2.76 million pages from 46 prefectures nationwide dating from 1933 to 2001. The Library has a subscription to the Yomidas Rekishikan service already, but not to this new content yet.
