The Laptop Loan service is a student service designed to enhance the provision of computing facilities for matriculated University of Edinburgh students. The University provides two laptop lending services to students to meet a range of needs. Short term laptop loans service Laptops can be borrowed for a maximum of 28 days and are available from EdHelp service desks at all library sites. Short term library laptop loans service Medium and long term laptop loan service There are a limited number of laptops available to students in hardship. These laptops can be borrowed for longer than 28 days. Students must be nominated by a member of University of Edinburgh staff. More details about the service can be found at the link below.
