The Student Study Area provides study space, with PCs and printing available in the adjacent Quiet Study Room. What has happened to the book collection? Library collections were reviewed to identify items with significant recent usage and items which are on Resource Lists. These items have been moved to the Main Library or other University library sites to ensure they continue to be available as required. Remaining books have been moved to the University Collections Facility (UCF) and are not immediately be available for request; access is provided via the Interlibrary Loans service. Where can I get help or pick up a University card? The EdHelp service desk has closed at the Western General Hospital Library. Help is available through the EdHelp online service (including AskEdHelp the 24x7 self-help chatbot) and at EdHelp service desks in our other 9 libraries. University are delivered by internal mail, or made available for collection at our EdHelp service desks. Interlibrary LoansEdHelp Access Staff and students of the University of Edinburgh have full access. Access to the library is also available to other users.
