The Library supports wellbeing through buying, promoting and providing access to a range of relevant print and electronic resources.

The Library Wellbeing Collection contains resources on all aspects of wellbeing, including but not limited to:

  • Depression
  • Eco-anxiety
  • Exercise
  • General Wellbeing
  • Happiness
  • Loneliness
  • Relationships
  • Self-esteem
  • Sleeping well
  • University life

The Library’s Wellbeing Collection is for all University of Edinburgh staff and students. External members of University of Edinburgh Libraries can access the Library Wellbeing Collection in line with their authorised level of access to print and electronic Library resources.

Library Wellbeing Collection Display April / May 2024

There is a display of some of the print items in our Library Wellbeing Collection on the ground floor, in the Main Library, George Square throughout April and May 2024. All books in the display can be browsed and borrowed so please take a look at this fantastic new collection.
